The G2 integration in Recotap enables marketers to leverage intent data from G2 to identify and engage accounts actively researching relevant products, competitors, or industry categories.

Steps to Integrate G2 with Recotap

  1. Go to the "Integrations" Section
      • Navigate to the Settings Icon in the top-right corner of the title bar.
      • Go to Workspace > Integrations from the navigation menu.
      • Locate the G2 card under the Communication category.
  1. Click on "Connect” G2
      • Select the G2 integration and click on the connect button.

  1. Enter Your API Key
      • A pop-up window will appear asking for your G2 API key.
      • Paste your G2 API key into the required field.
  1. Click on "Configure"
      • Once the API key is entered, click "Configure" to complete the integration.
  1. Successful Connection
      • After connecting, the status will change to "Connected", and Recotap will begin syncing G2 intent signals.

Once the G2 integration is set up, Recotap can pull valuable intent signals from G2. Here’s what it enables:

      • Recotap will match incoming G2 intent signals with your ICP definitions, assigning an ICP Fit %.
