Persona

They help define the key attributes of the individuals you're aiming to reach—ensuring your messaging aligns with their role in the buying journey.

Types of Personas

  • Users & Influencers (Type: Influencer):
    • Represents individuals who influence buying decisions or engage with campaigns.
  • Decision Makers (Type: Buyer):
    • Represents individuals directly involved in making purchasing decisions.

Use Case in Recotap:

  • These personas can be directly linked to campaigns, eliminating the need to define targeting criteria from scratch each time.
  • You can create and manage multiple personas based on your marketing strategy—tailored to different product lines, industries, or regions.

Create a Persona


You can manage and create personas under the ABM Settings → Persona section.
Each persona can be expanded to view details, edited, or deleted as needed. The counters next to each section indicate the number of departments and seniority levels selected.
